About vulnerability of nss and nspr

Issue

• Could you please answer in which case the following each vulnerability will cause a problem, when the unfixed package is just installed in the system or when some functions are actually used?

• CVE-2013-1739,CVE-2013-1741,CVE-2013-5605,CVE-2013-5606, and CVE-2013-5607

• Could you please tell us answer of above questions for RHEL6 and RHEL5?
• The above vulnerability problem seems to be corrected as RHEL5 RHSA-2013:1791 and RHEL6 RHSA-2013:1829
