HP script cfgtohtml causing server to panic with error: 'hda: status error: status=0x58'
Issue
- Upon enabling DMA on kernel, the following errors were reported and the server would go into a panic

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 6)
- Kernel = 2.6.9-67.0.15 kernel
- Hardware: HP ProLiant BL30p G1
