Issue
- When creating an application using a custom cartridge, the following error is seen:
# rhc app-create testapp custom-cart
Creating application 'testapp' ...
Unable to complete the requested operation due to: An invalid exit code (157) was returned from the server node3.pegasus.com.
This indicates an unexpected problem during the execution of your request..
