VM in Not Responding state.

The VM also reverts to a Not Responding state after its
qemu-kvmprocess has been killed and the RHEV database has been modified to set the VM's status to Down. -
The following error may been reported in the VDSM logs on the host on which the VM was running;
AttributeError: GuestAgent instance has no attribute '_sock'
