Incorrect permissions assigned to Red Hat Storage 2.0 data

Issue

Directories and data is being set as root intermittently on a number of GlusterFS clients connected to Replica 3 volumes, corresponding with server log entries similar to the following:

E [posix.c:968:posix_mkdir] 0-edivol-posix: setting gfid on /mount/path/to/directory failed

and on the client errors similar to

W [client3_1-fops.c:2052:client3_1_create_cbk] 0-edivol-client-0: remote operation failed: Permission denied. Path: /path/to/directory/with/bad/permissions
