After configuring Oracle to persist JMS data the servers throw "java.sql.SQLException: ORA-03237: Initial Extent of specified size cannot be allocated in tablespace" exception

Issue

We are using the oracle version 10.2.0.4 which is one of the versions supported by EAP 5.2. I configured Oracle to persist JMS data. When I restarted the server, i got the below exception.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-03237: Initial Extent of specified size cannot be allocated in tablespace (PROXY_DATA)

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss SOA Platform (SOA)
    • 5.2.0
  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
    • 5.x
