Can a single TPS be used for multiple non-cloned CAs?
Issue
In large environments with multiple CAs, A single Phone Home URL from a single TPS might be desirable. Using a single TPS for cloned CAs is documented in the Fedora Dogtag project, but not using a single TPS for multiple non-cloned CAs
