Ring buffer settings not applied by initscripts
Issue
- The ethtool -G options are not being parsed by the initscripts on boot.
- the vmxnet3 driver ring settings do not get set properly.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5
- VMware system using vmxnet3 driver
