mdraid device '/dev/md0' shows one of the two Fusion-io ioDrives as removed after reboot

Issue

  • The system is having mdraid device /dev/md0 configured in raid level0. This mdraid device uses two Fusion-io ioDrives viz. /dev/fioa and /dev/fiob, but after a reboot md0 is not assembled successfully and shows second fusion io device as removed:
