DLQ creation after Consumer picked up.
Issue
We were testing DLQ creation scenarios using amq. However one of our test case failed, did not result in a DLQ Creation. We are using Transacted session in our testing.
Scenario:
1. Message in TestQ.
2. Consumer Reads the Message.
3. Consumer Dies / Exits before reaching Commit/Rollback.
4. We don't see this message in DLQ
