Foreman server starts dhcp server which messes up our network. How can I disable that?

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • I've installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform v4 using foreman.
  • It appears that the foreman server is acting as a DHCP server. Is that true? and if so - how can I prevent the foreman server from ever being installed as a DHCP server to prevent it from conflicting other dhcp servers in our network?

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Openstack Platform v4
