Is it possible to enable some QoS on a non local qemu-kvm drive using virsh?

Issue

I want to use virsh to enable some QoS on a qemu-kvm drive. virsh works fine for a local drive definition, but not on others like rbd(ceph), which should not be a ceph only issue it can affect all additional qemu drivers.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5
  • libvirt-0.10.2-29.el6_5.5
