[RHUI] How to setup repo sync schedule in both RHUA and CDS

Issue

How to setup repo sync schedule in both RHUA and CDS.
For example our customer wants to finish synchronizaion (both "CDS and RHUA" and "RHUA and CDS") in the morning (like 7:00AM). To achieve this, we have to setup sync time for both "CDS and RHUA" and "RHUA and CDS" (like 3:00AM for "CDS and RHUA" and 5:00AM for "RHUA and CDS").

But, as far as we check the document and so on, there are no such fuctions, how to setup sync time, in RHUI.
This is obviously a lack of the basic function to operate RHUI and we think this is a bug.

So our request is that please provide a a solution how to setup sync time.
