How do I update mac address associated with a port using neutron cli?

I need to change the mac address associated with a port in nuetron? How can I achieve this using neutron cli?

According to the API, you can change the mac_address of a port, but not according to the CLI. Using cli, it fails as below.
[root@host]# neutron port-update a783e9f4-2fc2-435c-8744-a9a753300e3b --mac_address fa:16:3e:69:13:d4
Cannot update read-only attribute mac_address
