Resources for one or more agents are reported with unknown availability if JON back-end database has gone offline for a period of time
Issue
- Agent not reconnecting after reboot of database (DB)
- Agents lost the connectivity to server
- Agent not reconnecting
- Agent is backfilled if back end database is offline for longer then 5 minutes

Server reports agent has been backfilled:
INFO [org.rhq.enterprise.server.core.AgentManagerBean] Have not heard from agent [jboss-on-agent-01] since [Wed Mar 12 15:57:59 EDT 2014]. Will be backfilled since we suspect it is down
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1.2
- JBoss ON back-end database has gone offline or was unreachable for longer then the JBoss ON system's
Agent Max Quiet Time Allowedperiod - Impacted platform(s) have an availability status of down or unavailable
- One or more or all resources on the impacted platform(s) have an availability status of unknown
