Camel Bindy component and quote

We are hitting what it seems to be this JIRA issue:

An example input is:

As we currently use Fuse ESB Enterprise 7.1.0.fuse-047 version, is there a way to fix this?

- Fuse ESB Enterprise 7.1
- Red Hat JBoss Fuse 6.0
