Switch user does not prompt for password when logging out from 2nd user.

Issue

• From the gnome desktop, being logged in to one session, user selects switch user from the "System"->"Logout" menu and logs in to another session. Logging out from the 2nd user session, does not prompt for password and directly gets into the first session.
