RHEV: Can't connect to virtual machine consoles, and qemu shows high CPU usage
Issue
- VM show "host not responding"
- Connection to VM console through the user portal stops at the 'connected to graphic server' screen
- One thread of a qemu process shows 100% load
- VMs can show a CPU load in the 60%-70% range, although the guest is idle
- Restarting VMs does not correct the problem
