Red Hat Directory Server crash - same BIND connection doing paged search followed by simple search

Issue

We had a crash of our directory server, with a core dump. The core is attached.
In the errors log:

[26/Feb/2014:15:14:27 -0500] - pagedresults_parse_control_value: invalid cookie: -1
[26/Feb/2014:15:26:38 -0500] - 389-Directory/1.2.11.15 B2013.337.1530 starting up

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 with Red Hat Directory Server 9:
