Why fileystem went to read-only mode after storage controller failure when system and storage have redundant connectivity?
Issue
- filesystem went to
read-onlymode due to one of the storage controller failure. - storage have multiple controller and LUN connected to system with 4 paths. 2 path from each controller.
- Issue happened on one system only, other systems connected to the same storage doesn't affected this issue.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.2
- ext3, ext4
