Why no users are listed in RHEV-M to add even after adding AD domain by using rhevm-manage-domains?

Issue

• No users are listed in RHEV-M to add, even though added the AD domain properly with rhevm-manage-domains
• Used # rhevm-manage-domains -action=add -domain='example.com' -user='rhevadmin' -interactive to add domain.
• rhevm-manage-domains -action=list command lists the configured domain properly.
• Domain name is listed on the login screen of RHEV-M
• While logging on RHEVM, it shows "Login failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator." The login information is correct and able to log into the domain from a windows machine.
• When search for users in RHEV-M, it returns "no results"
