Why does JBoss Fuse Service Works and JBoss BPM Suite give the error "Could not resolve dependencies"?

  • When building a jBPM 6 or SwitchYard maven projects, often configured with techpreview repository, following error stops the build:
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project $PROJECT: Could not resolve dependencies for project $PROJECT_GAV Could not find artifact $MISSING_DEPENDENCY_GAV in $REPOSITORY_NAME (http://maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all)
