Hosts are showing "maintenance" wrench icon while still "preparing for maintenance"

Issue

• When putting a host into maintenance, the icon immediately changes from the green up-arrow to a wrench, even while the host status is still "preparing for maintenance"
• This behavior is different from the IE Admin Portal, where the arrow changes to an hourglass while the host is in "preparing", then to a wrench when the host is actually in maintenance
• Icon for RHEV Host "preparing for maintenance" is a wrench instead of an hourglass in Firefox
