Hosts are showing "maintenance" wrench icon while still "preparing for maintenance"

Issue

When putting a host into maintenance, the icon immediately changes from the green up-arrow to a wrench, even while the host status is still "preparing for maintenance"
This behavior is different from the IE Admin Portal, where the arrow changes to an hourglass while the host is in "preparing", then to a wrench when the host is actually in maintenance
Icon for RHEV Host "preparing for maintenance" is a wrench instead of an hourglass in Firefox
