Cannot edit compatibility version of clusters after update to RHEV 3.3

Issue

After uprading the RHEV environment from version 3.1 to 3.2 and then to 3.3, it is not possible to change cluster configurations (compatibility version of clusters or a cluster policies). Clicking the OK button does not do anything and the Edit cluster window remains open.
