qpid tools fails to authenticate with "plain" SASL method to qpid broker

- having authentication enforced in qpid broker
- in SASL configuration,
mech_listallows "plain" mechanism only - any
qpid-*tool fails to authenticate when specifying "plain" SASL mechanism
