Kernel panic 'not syncing: hung_task: blocked tasks' on restart after crash.
Issue
- Server has crashed, produced a coredump,
- Afterwards it doesn't boot as it gives a kernel panic (when starting PowerPath, apparently).
- Unable to start the system in single user mode (even adding 'single' after grub boot line).
