System running EMC powerpath not able to see Filesystem, LVs after a reboot

Issue

Not able to mount Filesystem those Luns are assigned with powerpath multipathing.
We are using here EMC powerpath mutipathing for the problematic filesystem to be mounted. It seems LUNS are visible, but it was not detected by powerpath.
