Is it possible to extract useful information from the incomplete vmcore file?

Issue

• We have 'vmcore-incomplete' file. Can we extract useful information from the incomplete file?
• How to get the "log" messages from an incomplete or partial vmcore file?
• How to extract the log messages from vmcore-incomplete?

• crash command fails with following error
