Why the wrapper.conf file uses windows properties format in JBoss Fuse ?

When on linux, following the instructions defined here [1] it end up with a
"<name>-wrapper.conf"file with windows system properties in it %PROP_NAME% -
How to get a file with
linuxproperties in it some thing like "$PROP_NAME or ${PROP_NAME}.
