Changing password from Red Hat Satellite 5.6 GUI fails with '500 Error Internal Server Error' and Web traceback.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Reset password using Forgot Password form failed with following web traceback. 
Error message: 
Can't open /var/www/html/formletters/forgot_accounts.xml: No such file or directory
  • When trying Forgot Password option in Red Hat Satellite v 5.6 webui , it fails with 500 Error Internal Server Error.
