Server hung after HP PSP upgrade with error on console - beiscsi_init_irqs-Failed toregister msix for i = 21

Issue

We have the issue with one of our redhat linux server (Server Name - li3c05h01 5.8 version).
We have done kernel upgrade from 2.6.18-308.1.1.el5 to 2.6.18-371.1.2.el5. Server came UP after kernel upgrade rebooted. And we have done HP PSP Firmware upgrade. But, server didn't come on-line after rebooted.
And we have done the same upgrade on another server as well, it went fine on this server.. Could you check and assist on it..
As the server is still down, we can't provide you any logs.
