Oracle RAC bonding configuration

Trying to configure a bonding for servers that are part of an Oracle cluster running Oracle 11gR2. The point is that the cluster already exists and the assigned cards are ethX ones, which generate virtual IPs with ethX:0, ethX:1, etc. How to make a similar configuration but bonding-based?
