Why do grub and bootloader appear on built-in VGA instead of DVI on UEFI system?

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • When booting the system, output from grub and the kernel loading shows up on the integrated VGA output.
  • However, once the operating environment has loaded all video is displayed through the PCI-E DVI.
  • It's required to get all the video to be displayed through DVI when the system boot, is it possible?

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3
  • SuperMicro X9DRW-iF Motherboard
