Why do grub and bootloader appear on built-in VGA instead of DVI on UEFI system?
Issue
- When booting the system, output from
gruband thekernelloading shows up on the integrated VGA output. - However, once the operating environment has loaded all video is displayed through the
PCI-E DVI. - It's required to get all the video to be displayed through
DVIwhen the system boot, is it possible?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3
- SuperMicro X9DRW-iF Motherboard
