Issue
We are upgrading some Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4 DB2 servers - to RHEL6.
This is what is returned when the DBA's are running their software.....
0513-001 The System Resource Controller daemon is not active.
preprpnode: Enabling RMC remote connections failed with return code 1.
