Ansible Automation Platform 2.5 to 2.6 operator upgrade fails on Register Routes with unique constraint error

Issue

• After upgrading Ansible Automation Platform from 2.5 to 2.6 on OpenShift, the AnsibleAutomationPlatform custom resource remains in a Failed state

• The aap-gateway-operator reconciliation fails on the Register Routes task
