CrowdStrike Falcon Admission pods restart due to duplicate "https" port on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform

Issue

  • Falcon Admission pods are constantly restarting.
  • High CPU usage on the operator node due to constant reconciliation.
  • The falcon-operator-controller-manager logs show the following validation error from the Kubernetes API server:

    "error": "Deployment.apps \"falcon-admission\" is invalid: spec.template.spec.containers[2].ports[0]: duplicate port name \"https\" with spec.template.spec.containers[0].ports[0]"
