Issue

  • Jenkins pod fails to start after updating Jenkins plugins.

  • The following error appears in the Jenkins logs:

    java.io.IOException: Failed to load: Matrix Authorization Strategy Plugin (matrix-auth 3.2.2)

    SEVERE  Failed Loading global config
java.io.IOException: Unable to read /var/lib/jenkins/config.xml
Caused by: CannotResolveClassException: hudson.security.GlobalMatrixAuthorizationStrategy
