An attempted RHEV upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3 failed for an unknown reason, and the 3.2 installation needed to be installed from a database backup. After 3.2 was re-installed and the database restored, everything appeared to work except for the
engine-manage-domains command. Every attempt to run this command resulted in:
