Configuring the maximum map count of an instance in RHOSP 17.1

Issue

If your instance requires more memory map areas, you must increase the maximum number of memory map areas a process can use. To do this, you must configure the vm.max_map_count parameter. The default value of vm.max_map_count is 65530.
