ACM registration agent stops updating lease on managed cluster

Issue

  • In the ACM console, navigate to Infrastructure > Clusters. The managed clusters appear with a status of Unknown and display the following message Registration agent stopped updating its lease.

  • Red Hat OpenShift Cluster Platform (RHOCP) 4.18.22
  • Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (RHACM) 2.14.0
