Satellite Cannot Detect SCAP Tailoring Profiles Generated by autotailor
Issue
When a SCAP tailoring file is generated using autotailor and uploaded into Red Hat Satellite, the profile is not detected correctly. In some cases, the profile appears broken, unmanaged, or cannot be deleted from the Satellite UI.
This occurs even though the tailoring file itself is syntactically valid.
