IP address ordering is not preserved after virtio-win update
Issue
- Windows VM running in a RHEL 9.6 hypervisor is configured with multiple IP addresses. One of those addresses is considered the primary address.
- After the virtio-win drivers are updated, the IP address ordering changes, and the VM uses a different primary address. This breaks some applications.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.6 host
- Windows Server VM
- virtio-win-1.9.49-0.el9_6.noarch
