Unable to provision more than 2 baremetal nodes at a time through ACM via syncing clusterinstance manifest.
Issue
-
We are attempting to provision a baremetal OpenShift cluster through ACM via syncing manifest files through GitOps. We are using HPE iLO 6 and 7. However, it is unable to provision more than 2 nodes at a time. We attempt to provision 4 nodes: A, B, and C (master nodes) and D (worker node). No matter what, only 2 nodes will reach the ready state in ACM's host inventory. The other 2 will timeout during the inspecting stage, but all nodes will reach the ignition stage during boot.
