After upgrading to Red Hat Satellite 6.17.5 , The Full Host Image / Boot Disk generation fails with the following error:

ERF42-8203 [Foreman::Exception]: Ensure /var/lib/tftpboot/grub2/mmx64.efi is readable (or update "Grub2 directory" setting)
