iscsiadm: initiator reported error (24 - iSCSI login failed due to authorization failure)

Issue

• After using iscsiadm -m discovery -t st -p xx.xx.xx.xx to discover available iSCSI targets at the specified portal, the system could no longer connect to the iSCSI storage that had previously been connected automatically.
