High memory usage increase during Red Hat Satellite Capsule synchronization tasks

Issue

• Significant memory increase is observed during Capsule synchronization tasks.

• Capsule synchronization fails with out of memory errors, following can be seen in Satellite task/dynflow logs:

  could not resize shared memory segment "/PostgreSQL.1526432271" to 1048576 bytes: No space left on device

  out of memory DETAIL: Failed on request of size 27336 in memory context "ExecutorState". 
  

• Capsule synchronization fails due to OOM killer.
