  • Unable to change ownership of Azure NetApp Kerberos mountpoint on RHEL NFS client.
# chown <AD user>:<AD group> /mnt/testvolume
chown: changing ownership of '/mnt/testvolume': Invalid argument
  • NFS mountpoint is mounted with sec=krb5p.

Environment

  • NFS Server: Azure Netapp
  • NFS Client: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.10
