Getting warn AH01882: Init: this version of mod_ssl was compiled against a newer library when starting JBCS Apache zip for RHEL9

Issue

After updating the zip version of JBCS Apache for RHEL9 from 2.4.57 SP6 to 2.4.62, the following message is logged in error_log. Why is this?

[ssl:warn] [pid 1523:tid 1523] AH01882: Init: this version of mod_ssl was compiled against a newer library (OpenSSL 3.2.2 4 Jun 2024 (OpenSSL 3.0.7 1 Nov 2022), version currently loaded is 0x30000070) - may result in undefined or erroneous behavior
