Unable to fetch `assisted-installer-agent` image from node due to a signature verification failure

Issue

• While trying to discover a host into host inventory, the host fails to fetch the assisted-installer-agent image required for the agent service.
• The host fails to fetch the image due to signature verification issues with error Source image rejected: A signature was required, but no signature exists.
• The required image can be fetched manually via podman from the mirror registry into the problematic host, but agent service fails to fetch the same image.
