How to remove all puppet facts from Red Hat Satellite 6 after disabling puppet plugin and related features ?

Puppet modules have been removed from the Red Hat Satellite server, and puppet-related services are no longer in use.

Need to remove records of database tables
fact_valuesandfact_names, which are related to Puppet. -
It's unclear whether
foreman-rake facts:cleancan filter and clear the puppet facts or not.
